Delicious herbal tea! And I'm not usually an herbal fan. I try to drink 2 glasses a day. I ice it now as it's still in the '80's here even though it's almost officially autumn, but will drink it hot as it cools down. The anti-inflammatory properties are helpful for my arthritis. Thank you, Joseph's Tea for this wonderful product!
