Black tea from the Fujian province of China. Lapsang Souchong tea has a famously smoky aroma and flavor. To create this, the finished tea is given some extra drying over smoking pine fire, imparting a sweet, clean smoky flavor to the tea.
I appreciate having good tea and more so sharing it. Not everyone is blessed w familiarity of quality tea only knowing the dust in a bag varieties also it surprises people when a blue collar tradesman offers something so fine as this oolong. The pleasure is in seeing their delight in discovering something so pleasant and yet so simple.
